Workout for today. I haven’t worked out or have done any type of exercise for over a month. I attempted to go for a run last week, and my asthma pretty much stopped me after 8min of running…not good. But this time I made it back to where I started. YAAY!!!
I also decided to add in a 15 min ab burner workout from NTC! Needless to say, I felt pretty good….except for my groin, kind of hurts now. Well, until later. Have working out!
