Day 24, Insanity Workout: Plyometric Cardio Circuit
OH…MY…GOODNESS!!!!! I really shouldn’t skip a workout no matter what. This is one of my strongest workouts in Insanity and it nearly kicked my butt. Sweating buckets isn’t even a good enough description, I think I created my own pond okay…I was doing the majority of my workout with my eyes closed because I couldn’t see and my sweat was burning my eyes soo much. I really pushed myself here, except for a zillion breaks I took because my shoes were killing me and I had to change them, then adjust my other ones. I need new running shoes. DO NOT WEAR SHOCKS WHEN DOING INSANITY, I’m just going to tell you that right now. Anyways, once I got into my workout again, ya…it was a good one and I feel good.
Now, I’m going put up a sweat pic for you guys, I’m going to warn you…it’s not pretty, but then working out is not pretty. I’m sure I’ve mentioned this before, if I have, I’m going to say it again. Those stupid exercise and workout ads with those skinny girls smiling and ONLY glistening are all lying to you, this is what you should look like during and after you workout okay!
